WMGJ Magic 1240 AM hit the airwaves
for the first time on September 12, 1985. Our 306-foot tower in Gadsden
transmits a signal within a 50-mile radial circumference, which reaches
parts of eight counties. Completing it's 20th year, WMGJ RADIO has been
a source of positive and informative news, information, and commentary
for Etowah County. We also have music programming tailored to bring a
highlight to your daily routine. We dedicate our format to helping make
